For a discipline program for children ages 2- 12, Dr Condrell recommends the 1-2-3 Magic….Effective Discipline  approach by nationally recognized child psychologist Dr Thomas Phelan.  It is called 1-2-3 because it gives the child 2 chances to behave and on 3, there is a consequence.  It is called Magic, because parents say it works like magic!  1-2-3 Magic is simple to learn and very effective.  Dr Condrell has been recommending it for over 20 years and has completed a training course with Dr Phelan.
Dr Condrell’s office offers this program to small groups of parents taught by a certified trainer.
